it is a shed, I went to look at it about 6 months ago. The car hasn't moved in over 5 years and needs about £6k in parts spending on it. I wouldn't put the value over £5k.
The original owner bought it then got posted overseas with work and the car got left at the garage that is advertising it.
Brakes (the caliper's are all corroded and the discs are shot), suspension (and all bushes), all hoses and belts on the engine and I would (if I bought it) strip the engine due to it being stood for so long.
Then there is the bodywork (very dull) it has a few dents and then there is the moss.
Tyres are ******ed.
And possibly anything else that is made of rubber will have perished (or will do very soon when you start using it again).

On sale for all of two weeks, had all the work above done and drives great. Asking £11k but negotiable to the right home. Used as main car so no standing problems like the one in the shed. Oil burner coming soon so would like to move her on sharpish whilst still motivated to sell.
